The Biden administration never wanted Ukraine to win its war with Russia. The U.S. feared that Russia might use a nuclear weapon if Putin's grip on power was threatened, if Moscow thought Nato would directly enter the war, or if the Russian army faced a sudden, catastrophic defeat. On leaving office, Biden said that he achieved his two jobs in Ukraine of rallying the world to defend Ukraine and avoiding war between two nuclear powers. Biden of course never said it, but corruption at very top of the pyramid in Ukraine, as exemplified by Andriy Yermak, served his administration's interests perfectly, because no victory is possible when theft is the main interest. Yermak's (alleged) corruption was certainly no secret. Yuri Shvets started talking about it two and a half years ago. Yet anyone in Czech politics or the media who pointed a finger at Yermak or any of the other culprits was labeled a Putin sympathizer. Czechs will soon see whether their new government has learned a lesson from this. [ Czech Republic White House Vladimir leave leaving goals objectives Joe Pres. president Andrii KBG YouTube ]
