As most everyone should know by now, the real head of Czech diplomacy under PM Petr Fiala was National Security Adviser Tomáš Pojar, who used his diplomatic and intelligence-service connections to push the foreign policy of the Biden administration. Foreign Min. Jan Lipavský was there to put a rainbow war face on everything. When he was still his party's candidate for foreign minister, MP Filip Turek of the Motorists told TV Nova that, "If the political system is to change here, the Motorists are the key. Everyone understands this, and that's unfortunately how they treat us." Let's face it, if the Motorists are to change the political system, Turek is the key. Politico mentioned him as the party leader, not Petr Macinka. But Turek can't bring about real change as the environment minister, even if Pres. Petr Pavel agrees to appoint him. More efficient would be for Turek to take over from Pojar and to concentrate on Visegrad and beyond. But that would require PM Andrej Babiš to agree to appoint him.
