Inciting or voicing approval for a terrorist act is a serious crime, punishable in the Czech Republic by a prison sentence of up to 10 years. Dep. Editor Ondřej Kundra of Respekt magazine wrote in late March that there is clear confirmation that Russia is attacking not only Ukraine, but us as well, and that it's time for Europe to hold a serious debate about whether to engage in active counter-operations on Russian territory and about what the targets should be. He repeated this on Czech TV on Thur., saying that Russia is engaging in attempted murder, assassinations, arson and other acts and that the question is whether or not we should act in a similar way on Russian territory. Defense Min. Jana Černochová of ODS said at the end of the first hour of OVM yesterday that after the terrorist attack on Czechs in Vrbětice, we can't take anything from the Russians anymore. We should pay them back in kind, she said. She's the Czech defense minister, but she's now calling for Czech state terrorism. [ Czech Republic fire Television Otázky Václava Moravce Moravec ]
